SUMMARY:Kloster Schäftlarn und sein Prälatengarten
DESCRIPTION:Bereits im 8. Jahrhundert stiftete ein adeliger Priester am Isarufer ein Benediktinerkloster\, das er mit großem Besitz ausstattete. Im 18. Jahrhundert erfolgte der Neubau von Kirche und Kloster zuerst nach Plänen von Cuvilliés und ab 1751 durch Johann Michael Fischer. Die einheitliche Ausstattung schufen 1755 Johann Baptist Straub\, Johann Baptist Zimmermann und der Münchner Hofmaler Balthasar Albrecht. Seit der 2011 vollendeten Renovierung erstrahlen die Kunstwerke wieder in voller Schönheit. Der verwilderte Prälatengarten wurde ebenfalls wieder hergestellt und lädt zum Rundgang ein. \n Warenkorb \n
